I was a classmate of Brenda at Lincoln School of Nursing in Durham, NC . We graduated together in 1968 , worked together as RNs and were roommates for a while. I have fond memories of her and her family that I will cherish. May her soul Rest In Peace .

I love you mama and I miss you soo much!! You laid down, went to sleep and woke up in heaven. I can’t wait to see you again and when the good Lord calls me home I want you to be the 1st to welcome me into heaven. The hardest part going forward will be trying to learn to live on this earth without you. I love you mama and I will see you again!!

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Brenda at Silver Bluff. She was an amazing woman. I admired her strength, faith, and wonderful personality! She was always a fighter even when they said she couldn't! Praying for all of her family during this time!

To Brenda’s Family When we were at Reynolds Brenda, Pam, and I would meet after school in their backyard to come up with steps and routines for the majorettes. Those were our high stepping days! But they were also some of the best days of our lives. We loved that band and our school. Brenda was so so sweet and I shall always cherish friendships shared throughout her life. So sorry for your loss and our love and prayers shall be with the entire family!
