Kandi, I had no idea that Miss Bucky was your grandmother, small world. As a little girl staying with my Granny Blackwell, I remember fondly Miss Bucky. She lived in a small house up the street from Granny. I loved to visit with her. And as a child born and raised into clogging, I have many memories of Miss Bucky, my Mom and many others clogging through the years. You couldn't help but love her. I can still hear her voice now. I am so very sorry for your loss. I am thankful for the memories I have of her and will miss her greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I would like to extend my sincerest sympathy to the Burke family. I’m sure that words could never ease the pain and heartache that you are suffering. May you be comforted by God’s loving promise to be reunited together again in the future Paradise. God knows your pain and the many tears that you cry. Hopefully this verse from the Bible brings your family a measure of comfort... Isaiah 25:8 (JW.org) ~ The Johnson Family

I first met Bucky when I went to work in the sheet finishing department of what was then - Champion. She was friendly, kind & so helpful. Her compassion toward others made her a rarity not only in the workplace but anywhere you saw her. Simple in dress, but extravagant in caring. I am blessed for calling her, my friend. Sympathy & prayers to her family
