I would like to send my condolences to the whole family and in particular to Ward's daughters Yvonne and Vicky and his wife Freda, all of whom have been in my prayers for some time now. I never met Ward in person, but even from a distance he was able to provide me with encouragement and cheer me up with his positive attitude towards his faith and my prayers. I was very happy when on one occasion I was sent a photograph of the whole family, that was very a special and touching gesture on their part. I live in England and serve at Chris Fellowship in Florida online and I can testify that love and faith know no boundaries and cross oceans and Ward certainly is proof of this. I thank God for Ward's life here on earth, his faith and his family, all of which have been a positive influence on my life. Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift ! (2 Corinthians 9:15)
