Survivors include her children, Heather Robinson of Clyde, Joshua Shields (Em) of Canton, and Dusty Eckler; three grandchildren, Dixie Rose, Chasity Kay, and Eli Nathaniel; three sisters, Bobbie Broom and her husband, Richard, of Sylva, Betty Eckler of Clyde, and Kim Eckler of Clyde; nieces and nephews, Sarah Morgan, Stephen Morgan, Cecilia Lowe and her husband, Todd, and David Broom; great-nieces and great-nephews, Briannah Wellmon, Christian Wellmon, Draiven Wellmon, Logan Lowe and Rusty Lowe; numerous cousins; and her special dog, Bandit.

A private service will be held by the family.
