He was born during the fall season of October 27, 1942 to the late Clarence Glenn Stines, Sr and the late Dellie Redmond Stines. He was a native of Union, South Carolina but had resided in Haywood County most of his life. Bud and his loving wife made their home in the Hungry Creek Community among the mountains which he loved and where one can witness the sun coming up across the mountain tops and at night the magic of the moon and the stars lighting up the dark night sky. He was a true outdoorsman, loving to fish and most importantly spend time with his grandchildren fishing at some of his favorite mountain streams. Clarence was indeed a prankster and he delighted in joking and having fun with his family and friends. He was blessed with a loving and caring heart and he cherished all of his family deeply. Clarence Glenn Stines, Jr. will forever be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. We will miss him dearly.
