A Beautiful Little Angel

Photo of Evy Ann Cook - 2018-2021

Evy Ann Cook, age 3, became one of God’s heavenly little angels on Sunday, August 29, 2021.

Evy was born at 3:15 pm during the afternoon hours of Thursday, July 5th, 2018. The sky was partly cloudy and the day saw a little rain, but when Evy made her entrance into this world the skies turned blue. It now seems only fitting that Evy loved the color blue! Her favorite things to do were to play with her baby dolls, go swimming, and help her mommy cook and clean. She also loved to spend time with her best friend and her sister, Aleah.  Evy loved unicorns, rainbows, butterflies, coloring and painting, and especially anything that sparkled.  Evy was a funny, smart, and happy little girl and she was as beautiful as could be! She was very independent and never wanted help with anything.  She always wanted to accomplish things on her own. Evy loved all animals and they loved her as well. She could be described as a real-life little princess.  Often Evy could give you a look and you would know exactly what she was thinking by the expression of her eyebrows- she definitely got that from her daddy. Evy was a blessing and she will be missed dearly but she will live on through the hearts of her mom, sister, and all who knew her.

Evy was welcomed into heaven by her Daddy, Alexander Cook; her “Mimi”, Becky Truax; her “Grandpa”, Gregory Carreker; and her Aunt Caity.

Surviving are her mother, Brittany Carreker; sister, Aleah; grandparents, “Papa” Bryan Truax, “Granny” Ruth Hoard, “Grandpa” Lyle Hoard, “Namma” Deborah Cook, “Pepaw” Wayne Cook, “Grandma” Bonnie Conway, and “Papa” Michael Conway; also many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Crawford / Ray Funeral Home and Cremation Service is honored to be caring for Evy Cook and her family.
