To the entire Parish family: Words can't express our deep sorrow in the passing of our dear friend and college classmate. We have maintained a friendship for more than 50 years. Marcia was a beacon of fun and joy for her classmates of the Winston-Salem State Class of 1973. We admired her courage during her later years of failing health. May Marcia rest in peace and light perpetual shine upon her; until that great day when we all shall meet again, we stand on the promises of God. Amen. Alleluia!!!!

I remember Marsha as a beautiful soul. She was always positive and her countenance was always calming. She now rests with the Master and her good works do follow her. I believe she heard the Master say, “Well done My good and faithful servant.” She is alright now.
