Phillip Reeves Clark
Loved His Family and Served His Country

Canton- Phillip Reeves Clark, age 57, a gentleman that was deeply loved, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021.
Phillip was born June 4, 1964 in Haywood County to the late Homer Clark and the late Violet Brown Clark. He honorably and proudly served his country in the United States Navy and Phillip held great love for his country and respect for all veterans. He was employed with Evergreen Packaging in Waynesville where Phillip made many friendships throughout the years. He was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing among the mountains where he was born and raised. Phillip was also a devoted University of Alabama Crimson Tide fan and he definitely always supported his favorite team. He was a wonderful husband, father, step-father, grandfather and brother and Phillip’s memory will forever remain a part of our lives.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Paula Rawls Clark of Canton; his children, Justin Clark and wife Whitney of Canton, Cody Clark and wife Rachael of Canton, step-daughter, Felicia Bennett and husband Aubrey of Lumberton, Texas and step-son, Brandon Booker and fiancée Maddie Byrd of Johnson City, Tennessee; grandchildren, Parker Clark and Chloe Clark ; step-grandchildren, Bella Smart, Abby Smart, Harper Bennett, Ray Bennett and Charlotte Booker; brothers, Brian Clark and wife Wendy of Canton and Paul Clark and wife Trish of Canton; also several nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service with military rites will be held to honor and celebrate the life of Phillip at 2:00 pm Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Crawford / Ray Memorial Gardens in Clyde.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Phillip’s memory to Veteran’s Restoration Quarters, 1329 Tunnel Road, Asheville, 28805
