Forever in Our Hearts

Maggie Valley - A beautiful daughter and a wonderful mother, Toni Lynn Morgan, age, 62, was carried home by the angels on Friday, October 2, 2020.

Toni was born January 12, 1958 in Knox County, Tennessee and was a blessing in the lives of her family.  She had been employed in the food service industry and made many friendships that she always held close in her heart.  Toni was a person who loved all animals and she enjoyed feeding the squirrels and rabbits every day. She loved her little dog, “Sansa” who was her precious companion and who brought Toni great joy. Her heart was broken when she lost her dog of 16 years, “Biskit” but she treasured Biskit’s memory every day. Toni will forever be remembered as a wonderful and loving mother and a deeply cherished daughter and in the words of her family, “She had a heart of gold and a beautiful soul.” Toni was loved by many and she will be greatly missed.

Surviving are her parents, Cecil Ed Morgan, Jr. and Eva Mae Saffles Morgan of Maggie Valley and her daughter, Brittani Morgan of Maggie Valley.

A celebration of life and entombment service for Toni will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, October 17, 2020 at The Horizon Mausoleum located at Crawford / Ray Memorial Gardens in Clyde. Reverend Dr. Mike Odom will be officiating. In observance of the COVID-19 guidelines, attendance is limited to 50 guests and we kindly ask that masks be worn and safe social distancing be practiced.

Crawford / Ray Funeral Home and Cremation Service is honored to be caring for the Morgan family.
