On April 30, 2024 our beloved Tracy Lynn Edmonds Jaynes, passed away and entered her eternal Heavenly home.

Tracy was born August 20, 1979  in Buncombe County and she has been a blessing to her family and friends for the 44 years of her life. She was a graduate of Enka High School and will be well remembered by her classmates.

Tracy held a great love for all her family. She was the heart of her home and a devoted homemaker. She enjoyed traveling and especially loved her trips to the beach. The simple joys of feeling the sand on her feet and the ocean breeze in her hair brought Tracy great happiness.  She truly had a friendly personality and always enjoyed meeting people and making new friends.

Let us each hold onto the memory of Tracy’s sweet spirit and beautiful smile. She will be deeply missed but never ever forgotten.

Tracy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sarah Prater and Ray Prater, and her grandfather, Garry Lee Franklin.

Condolences from family and friends

This is truly heartbreaking. I am so sorry! Tracy was one of a kind, if she was your friend she was your ride or die. She was one of the few people that stood by my side when I was pregnant at 17... God truly gained one beautiful angel! Fly high princess

I am saddened by this news. She was a wonderful person. I went to school with her and also worked. She was always smiling and happy. Not time I ever remember her being upset. My prayers are with her family and loved ones. Rest in peace old friend.
